Former Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash will perform in India in November

MTV Indies is bringing celebrated rock guitarist Slash to India for the first time. His band Slash featuring Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators is headlining the latest edition of the rock music festival ‘MTV Indies Extreme’.
The former Guns N' Roses member will be promoting his band's new album 'World on Fire', which will release in India in October. The band members include American musician and songwriter Myles Kennedy, Todd Kerns, Brent Fitz and Frank Sidoris. 'World on Fire' is Slash's second studio album featuring Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators.
Excited about their first India tour, Slash said, “I'm really looking forward to taking our World On Fire tour to India for the first time ever at MTV Indie Xtreme.”
Slash has sold over 100 million album worldwide and was inducted into the ‘Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’ in 2012. The musician has won a Grammy Award and received seven Grammy nominations.
The festival will be held in Mumbai on November 7, followed by Bangalore on November 14. Tickets to the festival are available from Friday, September 25 and are on sale for the first seven days.
