Lowe's Vishal Nicholas joins Dentsu Communications
He has been appointed as senior vice-president and head of planning.
Dentsu Cmmunications has appointed Vishal Nicholas as senior
vice-president and head of planning. As per the new mandate, he will be
responsible for the planning output across all the offices of the
agency. Nicholas will report to Simi Sabhaney, CEO, Dentsu
Communications.
Ashish Bhasin, chairman and CEO South Asia, Dentsu Aegis Network, says, "Dentsu Aegis Network has already entered its next phase of growth and we are ready to add muscle to our might by supplementing our existing strong team with the right kind of talent. Nicholas comes on board with immense industry exposure and I welcome him into the network."
Commenting on the appointment, Sabhaney says, "The need of the hour is to devise interactive and engaging communication strategies that will create an impact on consumers; strategies that can weld together brand ambition and consumer needs. I believe Nicholas is a new-age planner who is equipped to offer effective solutions in the changing communication landscape."
Speaking about his appointment, Nicholas says, "I have always believed planning is not only interesting, but also useful. I look forward to continue practising that philosophy with the solid team here, as well as in collaboration with other integrated offerings under the Dentsu Aegis Network."
Dentsu Communications, which is a part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, is a full-service advertising and communications agency. It has offices across Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai and Kochi. It is currently working with clients like Toyota, TVS Motors, ITC Foods, MRF, Jet Airways, Indo Nissin, ICICI Direct, and Panasonic.
