New Delhi, Oct 8: On 83rd anniversary of the Indian Air Force, IAF
had put up an airshow where fighter planes displayed the might and power
of Indian Air Force.
Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar also attended the 83rd Air Force Day at
the Hindon air base in Ghaziabad.
The Master Blaster is first sportsperson to be made an honourary Group
Captain in the Indian Air Force.
Sachin, who has retired from international cricket, visited the air base
along with wife Anjali in 2014.
Sachin shared the images from the celecrations on social media and said,
"Proud of the dedication of the #IndianAirForce.
Every member plays
the part to perfection. Thank you to each one of them for their
commitment and many sacrifices."
